What about COVID-19? Will I be safe coming into the clinic?

We take your health very seriously. We're following all of the CDC Advisory Precautions to keep you safe, including wearing masks, installing plexiglass separation, mandatory sterilization, and keeping the number of patients and staff in the office at one time to less than 5.

What happens at the appointment?

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff. They’ll ask you to fill out a simple form with some information the Doctor will need to know about your situation. Then, one of our treatment coordinators will take you back to obtain your 3D Panoramic Scan if no X-Rays were taken in the last two years. Don’t worry. It’s completely non-invasive and painless.

Next, our experienced doctors will do a thorough oral examination, go over in detail your 3D X-Rays, review your medical history, go over all of the anesthesia options and explain the possible treatment options designed specifically for you. Lastly, the treatment coordinator will go over insurance benefits, costs, financing options, and anything else you need to know to make an informed decision about your procedure if needed.

Is the 3D scan painful?

Definitely not. The machine just zooms around your head a few times taking pictures. Everything is digital making it convenient and much more accurate than the old X-Rays you may be used to.

Do you take insurance towards tooth extractions?

We do everything we can to help maximize your benefits from Dental Insurance and major medical insurance. The amount that your insurance will cover is based on your provider and your unique situation. Of course, we won't know any of that until we complete the necessary scans and go over everything with you at the examination.
