Dr. Beltrán was born in Quito, Ecuador. Inspired by the medical career of his father, Dr. Juan Manuel Beltrán and uncle, Dr. Luis Beltrán, both highly successful and respected dentists, him and his brother David set out on an educational journey to become dental surgeons which touched the steps of the University of South Florida (Biology Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, Masters in Public Health), Harvard School of Dental Medicine (Doctorate of Medical Dentistry), University of Texas (Medicine Doctorate, 1 year of General Surgery internship, 5 years of Oral Maxillofacial Residency) and Rutgers University (Implantology Certificate).

With over 14 years of studies and training in the top schools and medical centers in America, including Massachusetts General Hospital and M.D. Anderson Cancer Research Center not only is Dr. Beltrán one of the best dental surgeon and implantologist available, but he is also trained as a medical doctor as well as an anesthesiologist, with cumulative skills few doctors collectively possess.

The Beltrán family has grown three generations of dentists which started with José’s father, Dr. Juan Manuel Beltrán, a general dentist. In addition, his uncle Dr. Luis Alberto Beltrán also became a general dentist. Both his brother David (Periodontist & D.M.D.) and sister Rosa (M.D. D.D.S., Pathologist) followed in their father’s legacy. The newest generation of doctors are his nephew Dr. Alexander Manuel Beltrán (D.D.S.) and Dr. Kevin Michael Coy (M.D. Cardiologist).

Dr. Beltrán is a fanatic of life. Married to a beautiful wife, Lindsay Beltran, and father of two handsome boys, he spends his spare time training for cycling, triathlons and marathons that take him all over the world. He has done 9 Iron Mans, 16 half Iron Mans, and countless marathons and half marathons.

Dr. Marian Khalil was raised in Cairo, Egypt where she graduated from Ain Shams University with a B.D.S degree in dentistry in 2013, after which she completed a one-year hospital internship in dental medicine.

After moving to the United States, Dr. Khalil completed a two-year General Practice residency program at St. Elizabeth's Hospital-Mercy Health in Youngstown, OH from 2016 to 2018. Her second year of hospital training at a level one trauma center was focused primarily on excelling in advanced oral surgical procedures, implant dentistry, facial esthetics and Botox, and Oral Oncology Research.

Following her belief in giving back to the community, Dr. Khalil provides much needed care to under-privileged communities while broadening awareness of public health issues. She has been to dental mission trips in Africa and Southern America.

As dentistry is a constantly evolving profession, Dr. Khalil is a firm believer in continuing education and updating technology. She routinely commits herself to extended education above and beyond the standard requirements so that she can stay abreast of all the latest technology available in her field.

Dr. Khalil is active within numerous professional organizations such as the International Congress of Oral Implantologist ( ICOI), American Dental Association (ADA), American Dental Education Association (ADEA), Florida Dental Association (FDA), West Coast District Dental Association (WCDDA), and Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and guitar, ping-pong, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

E. Olita Layton, MD, is a passionate and empathetic board-certified anesthesiologist, known for her expertise in wilderness medicine. A graduate of Jefferson Medical College, she completed her rigorous residency at the esteemed University of South Florida in 2005.

Dedicating six years to a Level II trauma center in California, Dr. Layton showcased unwavering commitment, saving numerous lives in critical situations. Her love for endurance trail running, swimming, sailing, and SCUBA diving fueled her curiosity in wilderness medicine, culminating in her prestigious Fellowship in the Academy of Wilderness Medicine in 2016.

Dr. Layton firmly upholds the belief that vigilance is paramount in providing the safest anesthetic care to her patients. She continually stays at the forefront of medical advancements, ensuring her practice is built on cutting-edge knowledge.

Beyond her thriving medical career, Dr. Layton finds solace in the company of her beloved husband, Matthias, with whom she has shared life's joys and challenges for over two decades. Together, they reside in the picturesque city of St. Petersburg, Florida, cherishing the loving presence of their four rescued dogs.
